Do I need a Ticket?
Yes, you will need a ticket as most of our events sell out in advance.


Where is my Ticket?
Tickets for Prosecco & Fizz Festival are e-tickets. E-tickets will be sent to the email address you use at the time of purchase. If for whatever reason this has been lost/deleted/did not arrive then please contact the ticket provider so that they can arrange for your ticket to be sent to you again.


Do I have to print my ticket?
You don’t have to print your e-ticket, you can show confirmation email of ticket purchase on your smart phone.


What time are the sessions?
There are two sessions to choose from:
• 12.30pm – 5.00pm
• 6.30pm – 11.00pm


Can I exchange my tickets for another session time?
Unfortunately not, so please make sure you are choosing the correct day and time when purchasing.


Will I need ID?
If you are lucky enough to look under 25 you will be asked to provide ID as Prosecco & Fizz Festival is a strictly over 18 event. Valid forms of ID include:
• in-date photo driving licence
• PASS card
• passport


Can I bring Food or Alcohol?
No Alcoholic drinks or food cannot be brought into the festival. There will be 100% bag search policy on all bags brought into the event.


Is re-entry permitted?
Yes for smoking breaks or when we have outside food traders.


How do I buy drinks?
All bars are cashless and operate on a token system. Drinks Tokens can be purchased from the token station at the venue.


Can I pay for tokens by card?
Tokens can be purchased with card or cash. We ask all Prosecco & Fizz Festival traders to accept card payments, but some traders may not have the ability to take card payments so we would always suggest bringing some cash.


Is there a discount for buying multiple tokens?
No, however it is cheaper to buy enough tokens to buy a bottle as this does work out cheaper.


Can I keep my event glass?
Yes, every guest is allowed to take one glass away with them.


What do I do if I want a clean glass?
All bars have clean glasses available, simply take your ‘dirty’ glass to the bar and our bar staff will be more than happy to swap it for a clean glass.


What other drinks are available?
Italian beers are available on all 4 bars and there is a limited range of soft drinks, spirits and mixers available on the cocktail.


What time do the bars close?
All bars are closed 30 minutes before the end of each session to allow for drinking up time.


Can I have refunds on my drink tokens?
Unfortunately not.


When are canapés served to VIP guests?
Canapés are serves approximately 90 minutes after opening to allow for all VIP guests to arrive.


Can I use VIP drinks tokens to purchase a bottle?
Yes, each token value is £5 the same as standard drinks tokens that can be purchased.


Seating & VIP Seating?
Seats in the VIP area are reserved for VIP guests only. Groups wanting to guarantee siting together should book one of our reserved table options available to purchase on our ticket website. Other seating is available on a first come first serve basis.


Can I bring a camera?
The taking of photographs and footage for commercial use is prohibited unless arranged with the event organisers. While we allow cameras and tripods, very large lenses are not permitted.

Prosecco & Fizz Festival reserve the right to carry out photography and or video recording at the events for publicity purposes and to reproduce images and footage on our website. By purchasing a ticket you are entering into this agreement, you agree that Prosecco & Fizz Festival may use such images in perpetuity and in any format whatsoever. You further agree that copyright in these matters is owned by Prosecco & Fizz Festival If you have any objection, should this happen when you attend a show or event, please contact a member of the Event Team.


Can I get a ticket refund?
We are able to offer refund for tickets if the event has sold out up to 28 days prior to the event. We are unable to offer any refunds 28 days prior to the event. Please email your ticket provider.


What if the event is cancelled?
In the unlikely chance that the event is cancelled, the organisers shall not be liable for any costs or expenses incurred by the ticket holder, including but not limited to the ticket cost, transportation & accommodation costs or any other losses of any kind.
